- Operational Enhancements: IU is comparing its business operations with other universities and top companies to find ways to be more efficient, including using shared service centers and standardizing processes.
- Technology & Innovation: Our teams are investigating ways to leverage AI and other technologies to improve IU’s financial operations and budgeting processes.
- Employee Engagement & Development: People are our most valuable resource. We’re building more and better training and working to connect more with the IU community.
