Treasurer

The Office of the Treasurer is focused on the management, investment, and financing of the university’s balance sheet. Duties of this office include managing the cash flows in and out of the university, investing and protecting the university’s financial assets, and optimizing financing structures for both long- and short-term capital needs.

Capital Finance
Apply for an internal loan, and view policies for capital financing guidelines to fund capital construction and renovation projects.

Delegation of Signature Authority
View those authorized by the Treasurer to execute certain documents on behalf of the University.

Treasury Policies
Find policies on establishing or closing university bank accounts, accepting electronic payments, authorizing signatures, and more.

Investments
Responsible for daily management of the University's operating funds investment portfolio and serves as a liaison to the University's external investment consultant, investment custodian bank, and all external investment managers.
